We will get you set up with our mortgage partners or you're more than welcome to find your own. But this will help us determine the price range and go look with confidence.
Listing Notifications
Getting the most up to date notificaitons on homes that meet your criteria. We will work with you to ensure you have the most up to date listings at your fingertips
Schedule showings
Looking at homes is the best part and i will be with you every step of the way. Through home showings and open houses I'm there!
Writing an Offer
When you're ready to take the leap and make that offer on your next home. I will present the offer and make sure it's a win!
Acceptance, inspection and Appraisal
After terms are agreed on, the next steps are inspection, Remedy and Appraisal. This is where all the stress lies
Closing and Keys
Time to finalize everything and schedule moving! This is where we sign....A LOT! of paperwork and make sure you get a proper send off!
